Cobalt blue silk halter top

Beautiful halter with gold embellishment around the front/throat and gold chain closure around the neck(see pic 1). Picture does not capture how different this blouse is. Self, attached tie belt that can be worn many ways. Ruffle in silk chiffon cascades down the front(see pic 2). Fabric content in pic 3. New with tags/never been worn. Armpit to armpit is 19 1/2 inches.
