Cobalt/navy blue prom dress

This was bought brand new and only worn once for prom! No rips or stains. I am 5’4, it was altered to fit my height with around 4-6 inch heels. The back straps were also taken in for my 130 lb body but they were loose to begin with and the adjustment doesn’t mess with the dress much. This dress gives a good neckline and enough room that it’s breathable and not hot to be in at all. It stays up all night throughout dancing. Price is somewhat negotiable.
