Cocktail Dress

Dark blue cocktail dress. Structured skirt and partial off the shoulder neckline. Zips up the back. Measures 15 inches across the chest (under the arms). Size 8 but I usually wear a 4-6 and it fits me perfectly. There is a slight blemish on the skirt (as shown in the pictures above). Other than that, the dress is in good condition.
