Cocktail Dress

Beautiful lined navy blue dress. A-line, sheer sleeves. Brand new, never worn. Missing a belt, but can be worn without. I was going to use a blue ribbon, but never wore it. Really gorgeous on, and with a pair of red high heels would be fabulous!
