Cocktail Dress

Liz Claiborne dress size 14. Worn once. Measurements are 20in across the chest, 17in across the waist, and 40in in length. I’m 5’5’ and it hits right at my calves. There are two small loops for some kind of small belt to fit around the waist, but that’s been lost.
