Cocktail Dress with Lace in Black & Gold

Midi Cocktail dress in black with lace at the upper part. Layer under lace is somewhat golden colored. Wore the dress about three times. It's 37" long measured from shoulder to the bottom. I'm 5'5" and it ends right above my knee. I lost weight and it doesn't fit anymore. I was about 136 lbs when I bought it. I love this dress and only sell it, because it doesn't fit anymore.
