Cocktail Mini Dress

Midnight blue fully sequin not lined mini dress with low cut back and 3/4 sleeves. Has shoulder pads that can be removed, rubber stays on either side of back cut out and has elastic inner belt with rubber as well. Elastic material for whole dress. Easy to wear. Listed as a 10 (designer sizing) but really fits a 4/6. Measures 33.5” center front. Purchased for NYE @ NM never worn.
