daclincha @bkpeterson12 it's a fabric called faille. The dictionary has this as a definition "a somewhat shiny closely woven silk, rayon, or cotton fabric characterized by slight ribs in the weft". It's got a nice, muted shine and is a substantial weight, but some stretch. There's also a light lining underneath it as well.
