Cocktail dress

NWOT Midnight navy blue cocktail dress, mini strapless style, so sparkly! Very cute, never worn. It is unfortunately too big for me. There is padding in the chest and rubber along the top edge to hold it in place. Very sturdy bodice, no bra needed.
