What is the fabric and care instructions? What are the waist, bust and length measurements?

@kellbellers the fabric is a blend of 1/2 viscose and 1/2 cotton. It’s a stiffer material for a structured look. Dry cleaning is the best way to clean this dress. The size is small but equivalent to a dress size 4. The hem hits right above the knee for a petite woman and mid thigh for an average height woman
