@kimberlysuz Hi Kimberly. I measured this two ways. When I wear it the hips were 37" and when I measured under my armpits around my body( around the chest), it was 20"
Laying flat it was approximately 16". It was hard to find and measure the waist laying flat, but it came out approximately 15" or 16". I hope this helps. It fits great. The zipper was being difficult, but it does work. Please let me know if you have any questions.
