Cocktail dress

This little black halter dress is simple and elegant. It is really flattering to the shoulders. A line 15" waist. It has a zipper back and a tie around the back of the neck. 97% cotton. Does have 3% spandex, but it doesn't stretch much. Length from the zipper is 27.5" Only worn once. Great condition. Clean, smoke free house
