Cocktail dress

Super cute cocktail dress, fit and flare. White netted background (see photo) with black appliqué print. Empire waist with hidden zipper closure in back. Sweetheart front with low V back and scalloped hem on bottom. Fully lined, with padding on chest, best worn without a bra. Purchased from Vici in 2017, never worn, but removed tags. Material is somewhat stiff, dress fits more like a 2. I am 5’1 and this dress sits just above my knee.
