Cocktail dress/curve smoother!

This dress does a great job of smoothing out curves and hugs the chest perfectly for an evening out without a bra! (C-DD, anything smaller may need strapless bra). Spandex cotton blend that doesn't shrink in the dryer and stays elastic. This dress is a deep navy blue, making its way to black.
