Cocktail or formal dress for Ladies.

This is a beautiful formal dress and comes as one piece. The overlay is attached to the dress - it gives the appearance as two pieces but is only one. It is a size 8 but will also fit a size 10 as I wore when I was size 10.knee-Length or over-the-knee. I am 5’9”.
