Cocktail orange Bebe dress XX small

Bebe orange cocktail dress size xx small , but the dress seems more like a small size . Original price $180 . It doesn’t have a tag , but have I never wore it . I’m selling it because it’s very hard for me to take it off. At the time that I bought it I was 1 and a half inch skinnier on my hips area . My measurements are for reference 32 C boobs area , 24 inches waist- 36-1/2 hips - 5 feet 7 inches. This dress would fit better to someone with a 35 inches hips :) . It can fit to someone 36 to 37 inches, like it fitted to me in the picture when I tried on to take some pictures to sell it , but again It was hard to take it off. Length 32 inches/ 81 centimeters. No refunds :)
