Classic & cute tutu dress. Very Carrie Bradshaw! Ivory color, had straps but I removed them. Looks sexier without, and it has wires to allow great shape around your bust & back. The taffeta & satin look jazzes this up. Preloved only once, great for a party, dance, even prom.
