Sleeveless duster/vest with velvet and crochet detailing See through material It has a high-low hem It buttons up in the front It is around 40.5” long All of the buttons are still attached There is some fraying on the inside edge on the left side (when wearing). This won’t show when on. Please see the video. There is also some very small white thread that shows in the back where the inside tag is sewn. I wore it over a black slip dress but it could also be worn with jeans or shorts and a shirt.
