This skirt must be put on over the head because of the way the waist closure is constructed. There is no size tag in this skirt but I think it fits like an XS/S size 2-4.  Adorable, flippy style. Drapes really well. A-line shape, light-weight fabric, very pretty shape when worn! A flirty look!   Measurements: Fits a 25"- 26" waist, Length is between 25 and 26" as skirt has a slightly sloped hem. No fabric content tag, but feels like a high quality silk jersey with polyester jersey lining. Fabric is high quality. It does not wrinkly or crease and would travel well.
