Cocoa blue floral maxi dress with padded bodice.

I’m re-posh if this adorable dress because It was a bit too small for me. I’m really disappointed it doesn’t fit because it is really cute ! I should have paid attention to the measurements - please note measurements when dress is laying Flat: armpit to armpit = 17” Waist = 14”, hips = 19”, Length = 56” *. It is a size large, but fits more like a medium.
