How to Apply Step 1 Take a shower, exfoliate & shave to create a smooth, clean surface for self tanner. Step 2 Moisturize skin with any lotion then let dry. Step 3 Pump self tanning mousse on to mitt applicator or microfiber cloth. Smooth on evenly and blend thoroughly. Use sparingly around knuckles, knees, ankles and elbows. If you feel you applied too much on areas mentioned before, simply take your lotion and use a small portion to blend it in! Step 4 Leave on for up to 8 hours (I advise 24 hours) shower to rinse off residual. dry off as normal.
