This onesie holds you in nicely allover. It is not tight at the leg opening. The sides are slightly ribbed to define the waist a little more, and the ruching in back "lifts and separates" the derriere. The redeeming feature of this undergarment is the open crotch, so you can relieve yourself ( or whatever)without totally undressing! It does produce a smooth look under clingy dresses or pants. The square neckline is pretty low.
