Super cute draped and crochet lace decorated open vest. Gives me a boho festival vibe. The lace area is soft. The peplum is cut on the bias for flow. Polyester/rayon/spandex. Some wear but it is mostly on the inside. The outside looks good. Very cool. Size junior L or small adult.
