Coincidence + Chance Retro Navy Black Dot Dress

NWOT navy/dark blue A-line dress with tiny black polka dots. It’s difficult to see the polka dots in most of the pictures. Dress is a size 6–runs slightly small. Dress has piping which creates the look of a Peter Pan collar. Closure is a zipper in the back. Skirt is very full. The fiber is a cotton / cotton blend.
