bayleeboutique Blouson waist? I would need to have sleeves altered to remove cuffs- would you consider $35?

jries49 @bayleeboutique It’s a Blouson dress that has a fitted waist that causes the top of the dress to drape over the waistband before continuing down to a fitted or slightly fitted skirt. The sleeves are batwing style. The price is firm due to Poshmark fees.
