This is a Type Z mini dress soft, silky 100% polyester. It is drawstring waisted so you make it as comfortable as desired. The tighter you draw it up the more the top bellows over the waisted drawstring and the more mini the skirt becomes. Can be worn alone or used as a blouse over pants/shorts/ skirt.
