Cold Shoulder Old Navy Dress👗

If you’ve looked through my closet you can tell I LOVE teal. This dress is no exception. In the back you have a tie at the neck, there is a pleat detail in the front of the dress, and then long sleeves have slit down them for the cold shoulder effect. GORGEOUS. RIGHT?!
