Cold Shoulder Stripe Dress

Very Cute Cold Shoulder Stripe Dress. Size Small. Fit me a little big so I wore a flower belt that really made the dress complete. Sorry the belt is not included in the purchase. There is one small stain as noted in the picture-not really noticeable just being picky.
