This cold shoulder blouse is absolutely wonderful to wear! Material is a a silky Georgette material . The blouse can be worn off-the-shoulder .Sleeves tie at the very end. Flows beautifully. I have only worn this one time but only because I feel it is to young looking for me. I am an older woman and I guess I need to look a little bit more conservative. I keep trying though! No flaws whatsoever! Bought from Dillard's Tried to take a good picture of it but my photos don't do it justice

vhuesken I apologize again. My 92 year old father took a fall down some stairs! Finally was able to measure it for you. The neckline is elastic and measures 19-20." The chest measures 20" from armpit to armpit. The very bottom measures 30" as it starts to flow out. I hope this help you. The size on it is a medium.The material is very light weight and flows beautifully. Very sexy! I'm open to negotions. Wish I was younger!
