Cold shoulder blue & white striped dress

Dark Navy blue and white striped dress with elastic neck for wearing off the shoulder. Both sleeves feature slits and bows. Tag says size Large, but I usually wear a Medium and it fitse comfortably. Super cute and only worn once! Great to wear out or even as a beach cover up! Measures 21" long from neck to hem, 17" long from armpit to hem. Also has two secret pockets!
