Cold shoulder dress

This is a beautiful plus size 24 women dress, on top is shiffon and polyester cold shoulder top and rhinestone in the front, the skirt is just delightful with horizontal lines that hug any curvy body that wears it. Brand new! I just want my money back. Knee high skirt but I’m 5 feet tall so it falls right on my calves.
