Cold shoulder dress

Beautiful rayon open shoulder dress. Elasticized waist and peach embroidered designs on the wide bell sleeves, neckline and bottom of the skirt. Fully lined. Very tiny and barely noticeable stain on the front right side of skirt and small stain on the lace tie hidden when tied.
