Cold shoulder dress

I love this dress. I got it from a boutique in Newark, DE. They are larger holes so it really falls off the shoulder. The beads are in tact and gorgeous. Rust colored. It needs to be ironed since I’ve had it away in storage. Great condition only worn a handful of times.
