Cold shoulder lace bell sleeved blouse

New with tags. Great for warm weather as it’s very light. Very pretty! It’s not very long. It should cover the top inch or two of your pants but doesn’t come down very much farther below that. The tag is attached but most of it is cut off so I don’t know what the name brand was. It’s a reposh.
