Cold shoulder tunic

100% silk, navy blue with white piping. Cold shoulder with a handkerchief type hem. Nice longer length that will work with leggings, skinnies, bathing suit cover and if you’re shorter or have great legs it might work as a mini. The silk is a bit heavier than a usual shirt so drapes like a dream. Very hard to find. Pet/smoke free home. Questions welcome.
