This is a new without tags Coldwater Creek Woman's 3/4 Sleeve Pleated Front Blouse size 2X in Tan. The sleeves have working tie backs, it has a quarter button front, and is super soft and stretchy. It is really nice, if it would have fit me this would have been a keeper for me lol. Measurements are 26" armpit to armpit / seam to seam. And 30" from shoulder seam to bottom hem.
