rjbrew37 @nursery1972 This lovely brand new patterned skirt has a 19" waist (with elastic to accommodate those large holiday meals ;) ) and is 37.5" long with a backside slit for ease of movement. I am 5'11" and it falls just above the ankle on me. Hope this helps!
