Coldwater creek has done it again! Polka Dots and paisley are fun! Perfect top for a day at the festival. This is a single owned item. This garment was always dry cleaned after worn and kept in a garment bag in an air-controlled room. Looks brand new and wears like it. Larger breasted women fit very nicely. Due to having long term covid I will not be needing this garment. No smoking household. The measurement of this vest is length of vest 26"/ Shoulder to shoulder 16".
