Coldwater creek burgundy blouse NWOT

Fancy design red/burgundy blouse. the texture of the blouse is more 'crinkled' at the top with a somewhat smoother detail at the bottom. When buttoned the shirt is close fitting, but is very slightly stretchy. This shirt has never been worn.
