Cole Haan "Charlize" platform heels in burgundy

Cole Haan "Charlize air pump" platform heels in burgundy patent leather. This is a reposh. These heels are gorgeous but they run small. They're a size 10 but really they're a 9.5. I have other size 10 Cole Haan shoes and they fit perfectly. These are too tight for me, sadly. Good used condition. 4.5" heel height with a .75" platform so really feels like a 3.75" heel. Average width. Slight dirt smudge on back of right heel, see photo.
