Is that peeled inner shaft part synthetic? And the outer leather is the actual leather? Could you provide the shaft measurement at top and bottom?

@agehriger yes, the lining is synthetic. The shaft measures approximately 15 inches at the back.
It looks like 16.5” from the front to where the boat meets the heel. Yes, genuine stretch leather.The calf is roughly 15.25”.
