Brand NEW, never worn, Cole Haan oxford dress shoes. Quality leather with cushioned insole and rubber heel (no clicking around the office). In terms of fit, these size more closely to a 9.5, although the Cole Haan website says they are true to size. Shoes will come in original packaging with box.
