Cole Haan Leather Tote.

Great condition, non-stiff, lightweight leather, very comfortable to wear. Back side has a small area where silver color has faded (see the photo), but the leather is not damaged or peeled anywhere. There is a pocket inside with a zipper. Total 2 pockets. Magnetic closure.
