The quality of Cole Haan is excellent and although there are some signs of wear on the bottom, this bag is in good condition. It comes with top woven handles and an adjustable strap. It’s a neutral cream color with gold hardware. There is a zipper pocket on the exterior backside for easy access to hold your phone. The interior is a deep navy blue color with cream leather trim on the two interior opening slots (on the front interior side of the bag). There is a generous size zipper pocket on the backside of the interior. The bag comes with its original tag and care card. Use this purse every day and also makes a good work or travel bag.
