Cole Haan leather and suede black combat boot. Excellent condition

Black leather waterproof combat boot with suede trim, suede shoelaces and tongue. Size is not known. It might have a 38 on the inside of the tongue but it’s very worn. See photos for measurements of the length of the bottom and insole insert of the boot. I’m a size 9 and while I can put them on, they are too tight for me. I’m going to guess they are size 8-8.5. They are in really good condition. The suede has no marks and no scuffs on the leather.
