Collared Embroidered Button-Up Blouse

Thrifted find, has a beautiful embroidery on the front, plaid collar + sleeve ends, singes at the waste, and buttons up. The shoulders do have light padding in them, but I’m sure can easily be removed. There are a couple stains, don’t know what they are but i’m sure could also be taken out, also some discoloration from sitting in my garage.
