Collectif Midi Polka Dot Dress

New with tags, never worn, fit and flare dress with polka dots, half sleeves, boat neck, adjustable belt with zipper back closure with cherry accents at hem and collar. Material is on the stiffer side, but has 3% spandex (97% cotton), so has slight stretch. So cute, but unfortunately too short for this midi dress which falls almost to my ankles, so not so midi for a 5'1" person. Size small: 42.5"
