I LOVE OFFERS! Make an offer. The fabric has a bit of stretch. The skirt is meant to sit at the high/natural waist. Excellent condition -NWOT condition- I tried it on, took the tags off, but never actually wore it. It just needs cleaned from having been in storage. I bought it new around 2019 so it is an older style Collectif. This baby has some great POCKETS. Just a note: Due to my shite photography skills and poor lighting, in some of pics it looks like the fabric is faded or discolored but I assure all potential buyers that there THERE IS NO FADING or discoloration. The skirt is in excellent condition with no noted flaws other than needing a refresh cleaning from storage.
