Blouse is worn off-the-shoulder, pink top with decorative buttons. Side hidden zipper. Elastic sleeves allow to wear on or off the shoulder. Sadly this top is too short on my longer-than-average torso and won't work for me, worn and washed once and is basically brand new! Shirt fits over head and zips along side. I suspect the measurements on the size chart are more of a min-measurement as the fabric is a bit stretchy, you can fit an inch or two more if you enjoy the form-fitting feeling/look. 97% cotton. 3% spandex.
