Collective Concepts Flower Print Dress, Size Small

Only worn once and in like new condition. Collective Concepts dress in size small. Great, large flower pattern in pink, orange and white. Pretty details with ruffle at shoulder and pleating from shoulder to waist. A little bit of elastic at the back and fully lined. Measures 17” across waistline and 37” from armpit to bottom. Polyester and machine washable (yay).
